We don't ask clients to trust the score. We ask them to inspect the chain. Each candidate carries four ordered events — visible, persisted, and auditable as a per-tenant timeline.
Scheduled or completed check-ins, stewardship actions, and recorded interventions are logged with order-preserving timestamps against the original flag.
Final status (retained, departed, classified by departure cause) is written to a confidence-rated outcome record once the tenure window matures.
Only chains that meet the eligibility threshold re-enter the model. Insufficient chains are surfaced as such — not silently counted.
Vertmo does not publish post-hoc accuracy figures from production cohorts. Defendable numbers appear on this page only when our founding engagements mature — not before.
