A two-step scorer with a confidence layer produces a stability score and a confidence band against the candidate's visible work history. The output is bounded — not a single number floated without uncertainty.

STEP 02
Log the Prediction

The score, confidence band, and prediction snapshot are written to the tenant-scoped ledger before the offer is extended. This is what allows the chain to be auditable rather than reconstructed.

STEP 03
Slate Construction

Candidates are routed to the search team with risk-adjusted slates. Scoring is one input — the human craft of search remains the deciding instrument.
